Delete your Questflow account

To request deletion of your Questflow account, email us from the address associated with your account. We will verify your identity before processing the request.

Before you delete your account

Withdraw all funds and close any open positions first. Withdrawals are currently available on Questflow Web.
Questflow wallets are self-custodial. Export and securely store your private key first if you need continued access to your wallet.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Your account and associated user data cannot be recovered after deletion.
The email address linked to the deleted account cannot be used to create another Questflow account.

Never send your password, private key, recovery phrase, API keys, or verification codes by email.
