As part of the Google for Startups Cloud Program, we look for more than just technical talent. We seek founders solving foundational problems at scale. Startups with the potential to shape how businesses operate, how people work, and how software adapts. Questflow is one of those companies.

When we selected Questflow into our AI First accelerator cohort, we weren't just recognizing a novel product. We saw a team pioneering how AI agents can work together — safely, privately, and across systems — to automate human workflows. Their vision of multi-agent orchestration, composable automations, and intent-based interfaces aligns strongly with how Google sees the next decade of AI-powered infrastructure.

A Platform Built for the Next Leap in AI Usability

Questflow helps teams deploy autonomous AI agents that can reason, coordinate, and act on their behalf. These agents handle everything from customer onboarding flows and CRM syncing to marketing campaign analysis, research, and email follow-ups. And unlike brittle, rule-based automation, these workflows are:

  • Triggered by natural language
  • Coordinated through intelligent agent-to-agent delegation
  • Executed safely in environments

They're not building bots. They're building an ecosystem for intelligent agents to work together toward user-defined goals.

This shift toward multi-agent orchestration is central to Google Cloud's AI strategy. Through initiatives like Agent2Agent and the expansion of Vertex AI's tools for agent communication, we're betting on a future where many small, specialized agents cooperate — and Questflow is already making that future usable.

Questflow stands out not just for their technology, but for their approachability. In a market saturated with complex developer-first tools, Questflow's emphasis on no-code configuration, visual agents, and natural language inputs lowers the barrier to entry for non-technical users. That accessibility is crucial as AI expands to broader audiences.

What We Saw in Questflow

When evaluating startups, we focus on five things: technical innovation, user empathy, execution velocity, ecosystem potential, and founder clarity. Questflow checked every box:

  • Technically Ambitious: Their decentralized orchestration protocol is unique. Few early-stage companies are building coordination layers between agents with as much flexibility and reliability. And their approach to agent reusability, modularity, and safety is forward-looking.
  • Deep Product Intuition: Questflow understood that most users don't want to code workflows. They want to describe outcomes. Their no-code, natural language-driven approach to automation makes powerful AI accessible to non-technical teams.
  • Traction & Execution: With thousands of active workflows and partnerships forming across tools like Notion, Airtable, and Google Workspace, Questflow is moving fast. Their Product Hunt debut and community traction gave us confidence in their go-to-market focus.
  • Ecosystem Fit: Questflow is already integrating with Google Cloud, Workspace, and Gemini. Their roadmap includes embedding Google AI into agents, as well as leveraging our Agent2Agent protocol — making them a key design partner for emerging orchestration frameworks.
  • Strong Founding Team: With technical leadership and a clear long-term vision, the Questflow team has consistently demonstrated clarity, ambition, and customer obsession.

But what truly impressed us was their ability to bridge two powerful trends: the growing demand for enterprise automation, and the rise of AI agents as a computing interface. Questflow doesn't just layer AI into workflows — they've reimagined workflows as agents. This thinking, where workflows become dynamic, autonomous processes that evolve based on context, data, and coordination, matches the vision we're investing in as a company.

How Google Is Supporting Questflow

As part of the AI First program, Questflow receives:

  • Up to $350K in Google Cloud credits to support their global infrastructure
  • Early access to Vertex AI and Gemini APIs to enhance agent reasoning and multimodal understanding
  • Technical architecture support from our AI/ML and cloud engineering teams
  • Mentorship and go-to-market coaching to scale into enterprise use cases

Our role is to amplify what they do best. Questflow brings the innovation; we bring the infrastructure, guidance, and global reach.

We're also actively helping them prepare for broader adoption across industries — from marketing and operations to legal and finance — by advising on deployment models, performance scaling, and enterprise security requirements.

A Shared Vision for Open, Agent-Driven Workflows

The future of work isn't clicking through dashboards or writing brittle scripts. It's describing intent and watching trusted agents make it happen. That's the user experience Questflow is building, and we believe it will define a new category of productivity platforms.

Their values — around privacy, modularity, extensibility, and openness — mirror our own. They've also shown an eagerness to contribute to broader agent orchestration standards, which makes them a natural design partner as we refine protocols like Agent2Agent.

By supporting Questflow early, we're not just backing a company. We're accelerating a new way of working, one that favors intelligence, adaptability, and user empowerment. As businesses increasingly look for AI that augments rather than replaces human teams, Questflow is leading with empathy, safety, and innovation.

We're excited to continue this journey with them — as infrastructure provider, partner, and advocate.

If you believe AI should empower users to create, not just consume — keep an eye on Questflow.
